At Namkeenwala, we ensure all products are packed fresh and securely. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
❌ No Return / No Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products once delivered
This is to maintain hygiene and safety standards
✅ Eligible for Replacement / Refund (Only if):
We will provide a replacement or refund in case of:
Damaged product received
Incorrect item delivered
Expired product received

Customers must share clear photos/video of the issue
Proof must be sent within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
Incorrect address or failed delivery by customer
💵 Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method

COD charges (₹99) are non-refundable
If order is refused at delivery, future COD orders may be restricted
